When you have dozens of apps open and working across different tasks, then Windows 10 Virtual Desktops can help. By using virtual desktops you can open or move the right apps and browsers for a particular task to it’s own desktop.

Here are few handy Windows Key shortcut keys I find useful

Go to desktop |
| + W |
Search settings only |
| + F |
Search files only |
| + C |
Show the ‘charms’ menu (the one on the right) |
| + Tab |
Switch between recently used apps and programs (left apps bar) |
| + L |
Lock the screen |
| + E |
Opens windows explorer |
| + R |
Open the Run dialog |
| + S |
Opens the Search everywhere. Also do this by pressing the Windows key and just start typing |
| + X |
This opens the ‘Quick Link’ menu. Very useful for the power users out there. |
| + SHIFT + (left or right arrow) |
Move an app or window from one monitor to the other if you have multiple monitor. |
